The diet industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. And because we are generally unhappy with our bodies, as we subconsciously compare ourselves to the air-brushed and slimified models that grace the covers of magazines, we buy into the bullshit and pray for the miracles.
I love this part of what I do. It’s the whole reason I started this blog in the first place. I want to help. So with the immediacy of technology and the savings of a postage stamp, today’s blog is a Q and A session reminiscent of the “Dear Abby” of yesteryears.

Forget everything you have ever learned about eating healthy and losing weight. We have all been lied to. All you have to do is look at the rise in obesity in America to see that someone has been f#@king with us, and making a ton of money while doing it. It’s the biggest scam of our generation. The diet industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. They are not in the truth-telling business. If they were, they would be broke, and we would all me skinny.
Have you EVER bought (or picked up) your movie ticket at the theatre, walked past the concession stand, gone directly to your seat, and watched the entire movie… WITHOUT eating anything? I have NEVER! (Nor do I ever intend to.) We’re all human, for God’s sake!
It’s not about depriving yourself of the foods you love to help you drop the pounds. It’s about ADDING foods to your diet.
